Cacao, Yin & Gong Bath
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This Celtic celebration marks our disappearance into darkness as we drop into the alchemical void of deep feminine wisdom, to unearth the mysteries within.
It is a time of stillness and absorption.
We are delighted to celebrate this potent festival with an evening of ceremony. We start with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, connecting to our inner magic and aligning with our deepest desires. Sunni will then take you through a winter themed Yin Yoga practice, working with the Kidney & Urinary Bladder Meridians. In traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is associated with the element water, think cool, still and dark.
