We will commence the morning with a Cacao Ritual on the shore, inviting energy and connection into the group 🤎 I will then take you through an uplifting yoga flow where we will embody our intention and integrate to the seasonal shift. We flow from the Solar Masculine energy and still to the cooling Feminine Lunar Energy that is set to return, honouring the shift and embracing change through movement 🌜🌞🌛 Join myself & Sunni Briony on the longest day of the year to create and manifest together, return to our softer selves integrating our emotions and to harvest intention. 21st June | 6-7:30am to make the most of the light on this day
