Hannah and Charlotte invite you to a soothing and sensual Shamanic sound bath and Cacao Ceremony.
The session begins with a delicious and warming cup of Cacao as we introduce the medicine and set our intentions, activating the heart centre and connecting the energy of the group.
Cacao helps us drop into a meditative state during the sound bath, enhancing our reception of the various vibrations and frequencies.
A mixture of Gongs, Himalayan and Crystal bowls, Shamanic Drums and accompanying instruments are played to release, relax and realign your energy system.
