On the 8th May we have a New Moon in Taurus. New moons represent new beginnings. Whatever we cycled through in the previous month comes to an end and we progress into the new cycle, charged with initiative. Taurus relates to our values, sense of worth, material needs, security and the Earth itself. It may well be that the recent March/April eclipse cycle has shifted your perspective in some significant way. Now as we further ourselves into 2024 we start to look more deeply at what we truly value, perhaps making decisions to move away from false or outdated identities or interests.

This New Moon sound bath helps to align you with your true north whilst aiding the release of old physiological energies that may be blocking you in some way. I use planetary gongs to connect with cosmic astrological frequencies as well as the Tibetan gong and bowls. A powerful combination of frequencies to leave you feeling fully cleansed and replenished.
