Deep Listening Sonic Immersion with Optional Mugwort Tea
Join us for an immersive in-person sound experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
This intimate session combines live DJ soundscapes, gong bath resonance, and Tibetan singing bowls to guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Through carefully layered sound, you’ll be supported to release tension, settle the nervous system, and access a sense of inner spaciousness.
Held in a small group (maximum 12 people), the experience offers a calm and supportive environment where you can step away from daily stress and drop into stillness. A 2 hour session offering the opourtunity to really drop in and relax.
