Open to all levels from Beginner to those who’ve experienced Breathwork before.
Join Anna Brook (Breathwork Coach & Senior Yoga Teacher) and Charlotte Donachie (Gong Practitioner) as they guide and support you through the revolutionary potential of the open-mouthed conscious connected, diaphragmatic breathwork technique. This technique helps to release deep stored tension and stress, aiding the connecting to higher states of consciousness.
Anna will guide you through the Breathwork which includes (optional) hands on massage techniques to help release the tension and pockets of trapped energy that can surface through the Breathwork activation. Our intention is to return to the full breath we experienced as a baby. As you release holding patterns in the breath, greater ease, clarity and a feeling of expansiveness can resonate through your whole system.
We will begin by introducing the modality of Breathwork including concept/experience/demonstrations of liberating the breath from holding patterns.
We then move into the Breathwork practice which also combines movement, yoga postures, sound, affirmation and visualisation.
The breath session ends with a smooth transition into the integration, as Charlotte plays the Gong to harmonise, recalibrate and reintegrate your energies through these powerful frequencies. In this meditative phase of the workshop, the sacred sounds enhance the already raised frequencies and ease us into a place of deep reflection, release, reset and completion.
