Open to all levels from Beginner to experienced Breathers

While guided and supported we will drop into the technique of open-mouthed conscious connected, diaphragmatic breathwork to open and connecting ourselves to higher states of consciousness; Susie will work directly with participants throughout the session helping to reprogram the subconscious using a unique hands-on acupressure ‘body mapping’ technique to help release any tension and pockets of trapped energy out of the body, which can surface through the breathwork activation. Both Charlotte and Susie work with energy and will be connecting you back to your body wisdom.

This will be a deeply transformative journey with breath and sound healing. You will begin with an introduction to the breathwork modality and the concept of a correct breathing practice with a detailed explanation and demonstrations allowing you to drop in, open and willing into a 30-minute conscious breathwork practice, as you surrender to the power of the breath and experience it’s depth. We will then transition gently into the sound bath for the final part of the workshop as Charlotte gently moves us into the integration with the frequency and harmonising energy of sound.

This is the meditative phase of the workshop where you are lead through a 25-minute gong sound bath, the sacred sounds enhancing the already raised frequencies and easing us into a place of deep reflection, release, reset and completion.

*Mats and yoga mattresses will be provided and have been thoroughly sanitised. Please bring your own pillow or blanket to make yourself feel even more comfortable.
